Another dress, but will I be able to wear it?

Our weather has changed and the heat has gone and at times it’s windy, grey and wet! It’s not exactly cold but it is a lot cooler.  And yet last Saturday I bought a dress, but will I wear it this summer, who knows, as apparently this August is forecast
